No abatement. 175. Proceedings against several persons included in one information, N85S17' complaint, or summons, shall not abate by reason of the death of any Cf. 3S&39 of the persons so included, but all such proceedings may be carried on as if the deceased person had not been originally so included. 176. Whenever in any proceeding under the provisions of this Act, or any By-law, or any Regulation or order of the Commissioner, it becomes necessary to mention or refer to the owner or occupier of any premises, it shall be sufficient to designate him as the "owner" or "occupier" of such premises, without name or further description. 177. Nothing in this Act shall prevent persons proceeded against from recovering contribution in any case in which they would otherwise be entitled to contribution by law. 178. Every person guilty of an offence against this Act, or any Regulation or By-law, .shall for every such offence be liable, if no other penalty is imposed, to a penalty not exceeding twenty pounds. 179. All offences against the provisions of this Act or the Regulations or By-laws, and nil penalties, forfeitures, costs, and expenses under the provisions of this Act or the Regulations or By-laws may, unless otherwise provided, be prosecuted and recovered by complaint before any two justices. All penalties recovered on the complaint of the Local Authority or its officer shall be paid into the Local Fund. In all other cases they shall be paid into the Consolidated Revenue.
